A: I advise my Brazilian Butt Lift patients not to sit or lay directly on their bottom for at least 2 weeks after surgery. There are several pillows and even some mattresses available that allow you to sit and recline without putting pressure directly on the treated areas. I prescribe pain medications to use for the first few days after surgery. Most patients are pretty comfortable with over the counter medication after that time. Lymphatic drainage massage is an important part of pain control and reduction of swelling after liposuction as well.

Suggestions for big clit?

Suggestions for big clit?

I have a huge clit. It’s really big and dangly. Not sexually active. I feels like it would interfer with the sexual life. I also don’t like the edge when it’s open. What form of cosmetic treatment should I seek?

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, I don’t think you actually have clitoromegaly (an enlarged clitoris), but the hood (called the prepuce) and possibly your labia minora are enlarged. Reducing the amount of skin covering the clitoris is not only aesthetically pleasing, but many women find it increases sexual satisfaction as well by improving access to the clitoris during intercourse. Consider scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who has vaginoplasty experience.

How much labia skin is removed, what method do I need and how long is the healing process?

How much labia skin is removed, what method do I need and how long is the healing process?

Q: I am 17 years old about to turn 18 in a few months. I want the labiaplasty surgery because it is very hard everyday to look at. I get nervous in public when I think people are looking “down there”. I want the wedge method. I dont want it thin, i still want a little thickness. I cry a lot in the shower, it jiggles. Cant wear a bikini bottom, skinny jeans, or proper panties without adjusting or hanging out. I need to find a doctor that I can use for future use and won’t cut a lot of my labia off.

A: While the appearance of your vagina is certainly completely normal, you do have options to reduce the size of your inner lips – the labia minora. The procedure is called a labiaplasty. The labia minora are not removed, but they can be “trimmed” so that they fit within the outer lips (labia majora). This will eliminate the jiggle and they would no longer hang below the labia majora. Consider scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is trained and experienced in the procedure. He or she can examine you and customize a surgical plan to meet your needs.

How damage is my vagina?

How damage is my vagina?

Q: Hi I’m 20 years old and I had 1 5 pound baby when I was 18 and ever since than I felt loose I don’t know why it just don’t feel tight I soak in hot water still not tight Sometimes I don’t get feeling idk if its because my child father small penis or what I’m writing to see if any doctor can tell me about how damage am I or how damage it look

A: The external appearance of your vagina is normal. The looseness you are experiencing is quite common after pregnancy and childbirth. During pregnancy the muscles of your vagina separate with the pressure of your growing womb. They can separate even more during a vaginal delivery. It’s not your fault and it can be repaired surgically rather easily. Much like a tummy tuck, the muscles and connective tissue of the vaginal vault (the area of the vagina that is deeper than the opening) can be brought back together and restored to pre-pregnancy tightness with a designer vaginoplasty. This should result in a much more satisfying sexual experience for you.

Can anyone recommend a surgeon for a Labiaplasty?

Can anyone recommend a surgeon for a Labiaplasty?

Q: I am interested in a Labiaplasty but I don’t know where to go. I live in Charleston SC and I’m willing to travel (no more than 6 hours). Any advise would be appreciated.

A: Today, there are many surgical and non-invasive techniques to address both the aesthetic appearance of a woman’s genitals and increase her enjoyment during sex. Sexual satisfaction is due in large part to friction. We have techniques available to reverse vaginal laxity, make the clitoris more accessible and/or enlarge the G-spot.In addition, many cosmetic concerns like wrinkling, sagging and excess skin around the vagina can be corrected. Some techniques, like the G-shot and ThermiVa, are minimally invasive and involve little to no downtime.
Vaginal rejuvenation is a group of surgeries that is customized to address each woman’s concerns. There are many issues that can be addressed. Many women are concerned about large labia minora. In addition to not liking the appearance, they complain that the inner vaginal lips get caught during sex and with tampon insertion. This can be very uncomfortable.Reducing the size of the minora is a relatively simple surgical procedure. It can be performed alone or in conjunction with other procedures. We are also happy to offer fat transfer to the labia majora.Over time, the outer lips of the vagina lose fat and can become wrinkled or saggy.Transfer of your body’s own fat can easily reverse this condition.Liposuction can be performed on the mons pubis as well.

Will a Brazilian Butt Lift make it so I can no longer be spanked?

Will a Brazilian Butt Lift make it so I can no longer be spanked?

Q: I’m in the kink lifestyle and am a big masochist, so being spanked is not unusual for me. I’m used to being hit with paddles and canes until I’m marked and bruised. If I get a BBL will this no longer be something I can enjoy, or would it be fine as long as I wait a few months for the grafted fat to take? Would butt implants be a better option in my case (though I like the option to have fat grafted to my hips?)

A: The Brazilian Butt Lift will not interfere with your lifestyle after the initial healing period. Butt implants may actually impede or at least change your sensation during spanking and certainly would not address your hips. Grafted fat feels normal – to you and to your partner. Once you allow time (I would suggest at least 2 months) for the area to heal and the grafted fat to take, you can resume your regular activities. You are correct that fat grafting has the advantage of being able to create rounded hips as well as projection in the butt.
