Weight Loss with Apple Cider Vinegar

Weight Loss with Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has become recognized by many as a powerful health tonic these days. It dates back to the late centuries as a home remedy. It is comprised of vitamins, mineral salts, and amino acids. There are two basic kinds of apples cider vinegars. There is commercially produced vinegar that is found in the cooking aisle of supermarkets, and there is natural, raw, and sometimes organic, vinegar that is found in health food stores. In terms of health benefits, it is better to use the raw apple cider vinegar.
WEIGHT LOSS is one of the most common reasons people use apple cider vinegar. It is believed that the acetic acid in the vinegar reacts with food s that eaten in a way that helps boost iron absorption and acts as an appetite suppressant. When iron is absorbed at a high rate, oxygen is used rather quickly, which gives you a higher metabolic rate. A higher metabolic rate increases weight loss as a result of more calories being burned.

OTHER BENEFITS OF APPLE CIDER
• IMPROVE DIGESTION
• IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTER
• REMOVE TOXINS
• SKIN BENEFITS
• CONTROL BLOOD SUGAR
• LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND IMPROVE HEART HEALTH

BEST APPLE CIDER TO BUY: BRAGGS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
WHERE TO BUY: ANY HEALTH FOOD SUPERMARKET OR KROGER IN THE NATURAL SECTION AREA
SUGGESTED USE: According to the investigation in Vermont by Dr. D.C. Jarvis, M.D., take 1 to 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of purified or distilled water before each meal. You can also add 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey to the mix for taste.
Whichever way you take it, don’t expect a rapid weight loss, the weight will be lost gradually, as it should be to allow the body’s fat cells to adjust to their new size.

I’m 17 and I want Liposuction . I’m 165 cm and 97 kg.
Q: I’m 17 years old , i live in England, I’m 165 cm and in 97 kg , i hate my body , I’m depressed, i cry every night . i want to look slim and healthy. my thighs are okay, i have a double chin , most of my weight are on my stomach and i have chubby arms. i have tried exercising but its not working that good. would liposuction be healthy for me ? how much would it cost ? how much fat does one liposuction session take?

A: I’m sorry to hear you are distressed by your physical appearance. Unfortunately, I don’t think liposuction is a great solution for your concerns at this time. The last thing I want to do is hurt your feelings or leave you feeling even worse about your body, but as a physician it is my responsibility to be honest. First off, liposuction is not a weight loss tool. The maximum volume of fat (and fluid) that we remove in the US is 5000 ml. Most of the time that results in minimal, if any, weight loss. Based on my calculations, you are 5’5″ and weigh 213 lbs giving you a body mass index of 35.6. You need to lose weight first. I recognize how difficult this is. Exercising is a great first start, now you need to address your food intake. You may need to visit your doctor or a nutritionist to determine your options for weight loss.

Which diet would be most suitable for losing weight prior to surgery?

Which diet would be most suitable for losing weight prior to surgery?
Q: I would like to bring my BMI down one or two points prior to my surgery and based on my previous dieting experience I do really well on the Atkins, no carb diet and also I had great success with HCG drops in the past. I know losing the weight with healthy eating and exercise is always the better way but thats not very realistic being that i only have 3 weeks to do it. Is there one or the other of these diets that would be beneficial or detrimental in pre op preparation?

A: Everyone is different so there is no one weight loss plan that works for everyone. I offer medical weight loss in my plastic surgery practice just north of Atlanta. I prescribe injectable HCG along with a supervised low calorie diet. I myself and many of my patients have had great success. I feel that being close to your goal weight before surgery is key to a great outcome. For years I advised my patients to lose weight without giving specific guidelines with little success. Adding this service has been very beneficial.
