The VASER Hi Def Liposculpturing (VHDL) procedure was created for those who are looking to lose their flabby chest, and replace it with strong, solid pecs.

When you come in for your consultation with our staff, we’ll create a custom plan of action designed to help you quickly achieve your goals.

In addition to removing the excess fat, your doctor will use special equipment that will cause palpitations and contractions throughout your pectoral muscles. This will help to quickly build up the bulk in the muscle, and help it to firm up. This will give you the strong body you desire. To really help beef up your appearance, we’ll also help to strategically tighten up the skin in this area to help accentuate the look of your pecs.

Once these initial steps are completed, we will take focused steps to help build the upper area of the pectorals, which will help create additional lift and definition through. The results of this step is having the precise definition that is very sexy and desirable. It will also help build up the appearance of your entire chest for a stronger, more powerful look.

VHD Liposculpturing of the Abdominal Rectus Muscles (ABS)

specifically for those who need to get rid of unwanted fat around the midsection, while at the same time building up the muscles to get that strong, chiseled look. While the procedure itself is a tried and proven way to get a sexy midsection, it is also customized to each individual patient. As part of the preparation for the procedure, your ABS will be strategically marked to help guide the doctor through the sculpting process. This allows for greater visualization for more precise results.
The doctor can then use our advanced instruments to cause palpitations and contractions of each set of muscles to help quickly build the size and strength. Your doctor will focus on each area of the ABS including the upper, lower and outer muscle groups. Once these steps are completed, the skin around your midsection will be treated to give it a ‘shrink wrapping’ effect, which will give you that perfectly defined look that you want. Once these steps are completed, we will begin the ‘finishing touches’ of the procedure. This starts with focusing on the linea semilunaris, which are the tendons on the outer portion of the ABS. These tendons are sculpted and strengthened to give you the strong, athletic look that most people desire. When these tendons are properly sculpted, the doctor will begin the work on the linea alba, which is the naturally occurring depression down the middle of the ABS. This is what really gives the strong, rock hard look.

Finally, the last part of this procedure is the transverse tendinous insertions, which is an advanced technique that has taken years of experience to master. This step helps to build up the ABS,resulting in the elusive ‘eight pack’ ABS that are strong and sexy.

Lateral Redundant Prepuce Reduction

The prepuce is the skin on both sides of and above the clitoral hood.  Sometimes women develop excess skin in this area.  Some people find this unsightly and women sometimes find there is less sensation during sex due to decreased friction on the clitoris.

Perineoplasty

The perineum, the muscles and tissue between the vaginal and anal openings can be damaged – most often during childbirth or due to an episiotomy.  This can lead to an enlarged vaginal opening and decreased friction during sex.  Surgical correction repairs the damaged tissue and restores the vaginal opening to its original size.  It can also lead to more enjoyment during sex.

Labia Majora Reduction

The outer vaginal lips, labia majora, can become stretched as a result of pregnancy or weight gain.  When the weight is lost, the labial skin does not always contract leaving loose or sagging lips.

Labia Majora Augmentation

The outer vaginal lips can lose volume over time leading to wrinkling.  There are a number of injectables that can be used to replace this lost volume.  We commonly use a patient’s own fat from another area of the body for this purpose.

Labia Majora Convergence

Sometimes the outer lips of the vagina do not come together (converge) above and/or below the vaginal opening.  The lips can be pulled together surgically to create a more pleasing appearance.

Many women ask me about liposuction to reduce the fatty bulges above and around the vagina.  These fat deposits can be unsightly in underwear, swimwear and when nude.  Liposuction can be used to reduce the fat in these areas.

Procedure

The liposuction is performed using tumescent or ultrasound – assisted technique (VASER liposuction).  In either case tumescent fluid (a mixture of sterile saline, lidocaine and epinephrine) is injected into the treatment area and then this fluid along with fat is removed using a small cannula.  Small incisions are typically placed in the groin.  Scarring is minimal due to the small size of the incisions and typically no suturing is required.

For the procedure, an incision is made in each breast, so that all excess skin, fat and tissue can be removed. Depending on your particular situation, liposuction may be used to remove additional fatty deposits.

If your breasts are extremely large and the nipple is pointing downward, it may be repositioned to give you the most pleasing appearance. Finally, the incisions are sutured together. A compression garment or surgical support bra will be placed to reduce swelling and help maintain your new shape.

Dr. Jimerson has several options to use during the breast lift surgery, which will depend on your breast size and shape, the current position of your areola, how much your breast is sagging the quality of your skin.

Options include an incision around the areola; around the areola and then vertically down to the breast crease; and an incision around the areola, down to the breast crease and then horizontally along the breast crease. After the incision is made, the breast tissue is reshaped and lifted to enhance the breast contour and firmness. The nipple and areola is repositioned to a natural, more youthful position. If required, Dr. Jimerson will reduce the areolas by excising skin along the perimeter. Finally, excess skin is removed from the breast to make up for the loss of elasticity.

The incisions are then closed, and sutures are placed in layers deep within the breast tissue to provide support. In addition to sutures, Dr. Jimerson may use skin adhesives and surgical tape to close the incision.

In order to ensure that there is minimal visible scarring, Dr. Jimerson has several incision options that he will discuss with you.

All incisions are used to insert the breast implant, regardless of the type used. They include periareolar incision, which is made around the areola.

The inframammary incision is made underneath the breast, in the area where it meets the body. In the transaxillary incision, access for the implant is made underneath the arm, in the armpit area.

There are two options for placing the implant; one is under the pectoral muscle, the other is right behind the breast tissue, over the pectoral muscle.  This will depend on the type of implant, your body type, how much increase in size is desired and Dr. Jimerson’s preference.

Once the implants are inserted, the incisions are closed using sutures, surgical tape or surgical glue. You’ll be able to see the results immediately after surgery, but some swelling will be present.

The doctor starts the procedure by making a small incision in your midsection. The exact location of the incision will be based on what is required during the procedure but is often made in the belly button or below the waistline to hide the very little scaring that may take place. J Tuck (Full)

The J-tuck is a custom procedure developed by Dr. J to help quickly and safely remove excess abdominal skin.  This procedure is common after dramatic weight loss as well as pregnancy to help get your midsection looking tight and sexy again.

The J-Tuck procedure focuses primarily on removing excess abdominal skin and toning the muscles up beneath. Depending on the approach taken, the doctor can either put the implants just beneath the skin, or under the muscle itself. Both options provide you with immediate improvement in the look and size of your butt. Recovery is also quite simple and quick with minimal downtime.

Brazilian Butt Lift

The butt augmentation procedure starts out by having the doctor perform a basic liposuction to suction fat from one or more locations on your body.
